Auto pilotမရတဲ့ပြဿနာ

ကျွန်တော် တက်နေသော Container Ship မှာ Survo loop failer alarm  လာပါသည် နောက် Auto pilot မရတောဘူးလို့ Duty officer အကြောင်းကြားပါတယ် ဒါပေမဲ့ Manuvering အချိန်လည်း နီးပြီး ကမ်းကပ်တော့မှာ Auto pilot မလိုတော့လို့ ပြန်ထွက်တောမှပဲစစ်ကြည်လို့ရမယ်လို.အကြောင်းပြန်လိုက်ပါတယ်

ဒါပေမဲ့ကမ်းကပ်ပြီးချိန် Steering Room ကိုသွား Control box ကိုဖွင့်ပြီး Circuit Diragram လှန် fault findin လုပ်ရတော့တာပေါ့ Circuit Diragram မှာ Steering motor Star Delta sequence ပြီးနောက်Timer (T)တခုခံပြီးနောက် Siginal ကို Auto pilot control ကိုပေးပါတယ် ဒီ Timer လေးက အလုပ်မလုပ်လို့ပဲ ထင်ပြီး Timer အသစ်လဲထားလိုက်ပါတယ် At sea Autopilot ပြန်ချိန်းတောမှပဲစစ်ရတောမှာပေါ့။

       ကမ်းကနေပြန်ခွာပြီး At sea autopilot ချိန်းတဲ့အခါ မရဘူးလို့ Deck ကအကြောင်းကြားလာပါတယ် ကျွန်တော်လဲ Steering room သွား second officer နဲ့ Steering room ကနေ Bridge ကို telephone နဲ့ ဆက် သွယ် ပြီး Auto pilot မရတဲ Steering တလုံးတည်းမောင်ံးပြီး စမ်းကြည့်တော့ Steering pump သံက ပြောင်းနေ သဖြင့် Pump pressure သွားကြည့်တော့ Pump pressure zero ဖြစ်နေပါတယ် စက်ချုပ်ကို အကြောင်းကြားရတောတာပေါ့ တခါတလေလဲ Mechinical fault က Electrical fault ထင်ပြီး  ရွှေသမင်အလိုက်မှားခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
